DINNER MENU

Zitz Sum is a 30 seat contemporary restaurant, focused on seasonality, located inside of an historic building in Coral Gables, Florida. Our story, is a story of resilience, passion & commitment, that is translated in a plate of food, excellent service and unapologetic gracious hospitality. Our current menu is an autobiographical journey reflecting Chef’s experiences and our affinity for Japanese ingredients and technique, blended with his Latin American heritage.

We currently offer A la carte menu that changes with the seasons, and a Seven Course Tasting Menu that changes weekly. Our tasting menu consists of playful snacks and bites to get the night going, and an array of our signature and favorite current dishes. Part of the tasting menu is presented in a family style format conducive for sharing and celebrating.

Zitz Sum is recipient of a 2022, 2023 & 2024 Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand Award, a 2022 James Beard Foundation Semifinalist for Best New Restaurant and a New York Times 2022 Best 50 Restaurants in America.

At the core we emphasize in being stubborn in the way we source our products. We support small and large food purveyors and vendors that understand what we’re looking for. We support Niman Ranch, Natoora, Trigger Seafood, Tiny Farms and many more local and national vendors that share the same love for quality as we do.

We work closely with Zero Acre Farms, which provides us with seed free cooking oil which we use to cook with.
